Kyle Allen, M.A.

Kyle Allen supports product development for the National Center on Intensive Intervention by creating and refining resources for instruction and intervention of students intensive learning need. In addition to this role, he interacts with state education agencies, district leaders, educator preparation programs, education cooperatives, and other education organizations to support the development and implementation of a suite of tools and processes designed to train and support the educator workforce on topics related to MTSS, instruction, intervention, assessment, and data use at the school, district, and state levels. Prior to joining AIR, Mr. Allen served as the Director of Tiered Supports for Oklahoma City Public Schools where he was responsible for collaborating closely with building administrators, educators, support staff, families, and students to establish and implement a tiered framework that utilized data to meet the needs of each student through academics, behavior, and social-emotional learning (SEL) supports.
